Our Process
What we ask for in our reviews
Our philosophy revolves around transparency - we want tenants to go into an agreement knowing and getting exactly what they signed up for. If certain things weren't disclosed, or if the agreement says one thing but another thing happens in practice, then that's not okay.
Apart from the property, we also ask about interactions with the landlord. Everyone can have a bad day, but if the landlord is consistently rude, unprofessional, or abusive, then that's something other tenants down the line should know about. If you no longer reside in the property, you can also add feedback about the process of having your deposit returned to you.
We do not need to know the landlord's name or personal information. If present, these will be scrubbed from reviews before they're published so as to protect the landlord's identity.
